The landscaping concept for the OPUS club residence, developed by the renowned Russian firm Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners in collaboration with Basis architectural bureau, has been recognised as one of the world’s best among entries submitted by designers from across the globe.
PIONEER is developing the OPUS club residence along Derbenevskaya Embankment, with a form echoing the curve of the Moskva River. The grounds are divided into two zones: a peaceful inner courtyard with a children’s play area and spaces for relaxation, and an active riverside zone reserved exclusively for residents, featuring an amphitheatre, walking paths, and areas for play and sport. A public riverside promenade will offer scenic pedestrian walkways, “green islands”, and soft landscape lighting. The overall design embraces a futuristic aesthetic, with flowing paths that mirror the wave-like silhouette of the building itself.
For over a decade, the Architizer A+Awards has been celebrating outstanding achievements in architecture. This year, the spotlight was placed on architects who successfully respond to global challenges while addressing the unique needs of local communities through innovation.
OPUS is part of PIONEER’s premium real estate collection. Most of the apartments, complete with balconies and terraces, offer panoramic views of the Moskva River, Derbenevskaya Embankment, and the historic Krutitsy Metochion. The interior design of the club residence’s lobby and adjacent business centre was developed by the creative team at NB Studio, led by Natalia Belonogova. The development will also feature a boutique retail gallery as part of its infrastructure.
